Hinterland and Rural Subdivision
Rural subdivision in Scenic Rim is subject to some of the most restrictive minimum lot sizes in SEQ. In the Rural Zone, the standard minimum lot size is 100 hectares — a threshold that effectively prevents subdivision of most rural properties in the shire.
